The primary objective of Movable Type 4.15 is raw performance. While the release introduces a number of new performance related features like server side includes, publishing profiles and template module caching, a great deal of effort has been expended upon making things faster, period -- no changes to your templates required.
Results may vary so the community's input is essential in making this release a success.
