Movable Type 5.14 was released today. This is a bugfix release without new features. It does not contain any security fix. Details about the issues that were fixed can be found in the release note.

Thanks a lot for releasing this version (5.14) with a lot of fixes. I think more than 30 fixes are made in this release and its nice.

Thanks, it is a lot easier now especially with HeaderCacheControl which helps a lot for the loading speed of my site.

It's great you have fixed 106034. It was very unpleasant no to be able to move widgets around.
How those HeaderCacheControl this work properly?

Do you do your consulting for free or you take some charge. I have problems with understanding how to install and work with MT (I am a regular Wordpress user), but I have heard many great things about this platform.
