ExternalGroupManagement
Turns on and off external group management. When turned on, Movable Type will rely on group information and group membership data to be provided by an external source, such as an LDAP directory. When turned on, Movable Type will not allow groups to be created or deleted within Movable Type.
Allowable values are 0 and 1 (default).
