SearchPrivateTags
Boolean value to enable searching of private tags.
By default, mt-search.cgi?tag=Foo will return results with the public tag "Foo" but not the private tag "@Foo". If SearchPrivateTags is true, both will be returned as results.
Default: 0 (do not search for private tags)
