Defines the method of publishing the XML files used by the dashboard flash widget.

For very large sites (those with about 1,000 entries or 50,000 comments a month) the calculation of the stats in the widget causes the dashboard to load very slowly or time out meaning users are often unable to access the dashboard for minutes after successfully submitting login info.

The XML files generated for use in the flash widget are cached and use the StatsCacheTTL config directive to determine when they should be regenerated.
